Millie's Pizzeria in Peachtree corners is looking for an experienced pizzaolo (pizza maker) and also a sous chef.
Pizzaolo:
$18-20 hourly pay; depending on experience
Shift meals given with a full shift
- Handle high volume artisanal pizza orders, in a fast-paced kitchen
- Manage dough preparation
- Assist with inventory management, prep work, and ingredient rotation
- Support the kitchen team with general prep and line duties as needed.
- Communicate frequently with FOH staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely service
Sous Chef:
$14-16 hourly pay; depending on experience
Shift meals given with a full shift
- Second in command to the head chef, overseeing BOH operations and staff.
- Supervised daily prep, kitchen line execution and service coordination.
- Manage inventory, vendor orders, and waste reduction practices.
- Enforce kitchen cleanliness, health code compliance, and efficient workflow.
