Invoicing and Billing:
Generate and send invoices to business clients.
Ensure all invoices are accurate and comply with company policies and client agreements.
Monitor and verify the accuracy of billing data.
Collections and Follow-up:
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Contact clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans if necessary.
Maintain detailed records of communication with clients regarding payment status.
Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and collection efforts.
Analyze receivables data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve collections and reduce outstanding receivables.
