DescriptionAre you excited to leverage your deep expertise in data to drive an impact to AWS? We are looking for a passionate builder who can leverage and unleash the power of data to our internal business stakeholders by defining, planning, enabling comprehensive internal data and analytics roadmaps, and enabling business stakeholders with various business intelligence assets. In this role, you will work closely with our internal business stakeholders to understand the broader business context, find themes of common business problem statements, and partner with Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers and/or Software Engineers to design, prioritize and launch business intelligence solutions. You will manage cross-functional technology initiatives/programs and enable your stakeholders with the business intelligence solutions built by your team.This role sits in Partner Intelligence (PI), which is part of the AWS Partner Organization (APO). APO drives AWS adoption by working with Partners—3rd party businesses—to either sell AWS products and services indirectly, or integrate businesses with AWS. As a part of APO, PI is the center of data excellence, reporting, automation, and science for APO. PI enables APO’s data driven culture, builds data automation solutions, and accelerates AWS revenue growth and Partner Profitability.10010Key job responsibilities

You bring together a unique combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen to shape and guide internal business intelligence product roadmap.

You navigate through ambiguity and actively collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand the core of the business problem, identify common themes of business problems and translate them into requirements to guide BI solutions.

You work independently to break down complex projects into incremental deliverables, define functional specifications, and manage release schedules of short-term and long-term solutions.

You partner with your engineering partners to define business intelligence solutions, technology initiatives, enable and onboard your stakeholders to leverage these BI solutions.

You understand technical dependencies, have experience diving into technical discussions; you are able to make appropriate trade-offs between business vs. technical constraints to optimize time for BI product release and impact, and are able to use data to support your recommendations.

You are comfortable juggling competing priorities, handling ambiguity, and diving deep to understand diverse product portfolios and customer requirements.

You thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives, scrum masters are welcome.

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
