It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleSr. Director Rebate ForecastingJob DescriptionThe Senior Director of Financial Modeling and Pricing has overall enterprise responsibility for all pricing analytics and financial modeling team activities and will be the primary point of contact on all related work requests. This position will serve as the primary internal business leader across all pricing analytics and financial modeling requests and projects by planning, coordinating, and leading pricing and financial modeling team and related Subject Matter Experts (SME). In addition, this role will define and drive a comprehensive enterprise wide pricing analytics strategy and support financial modeling utilizing an enterprise wide Subject Matter Expert approach in support of Prime’s strategic and long term objectives.Responsibilities

Drive enterprise wide transformation and process improvement to pricing and forecast analytics work products

Develop standard execution processes within all pricing and financial modeling work stream activities

Create cost/benefit, ROI analysis and other financial reports and models to support the business with critical evaluation on both strategic and financial impacts to Prime

Provide comprehensive and relevant financial analysis and reporting to Prime management

Responsible for client relationship and communication to understand and document pricing analytics projects based on capacity and capabilities

Champion and lead standardization of new best practice processes, procedures, and templates related to pricing and underwriting models

Conduct performance reviews, quarterly check-ins and staff 1:1s to guide performance management and employee development efforts and manage toward departmental goals, including quality and process improvement efforts

Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development, and consistently demonstrate Prime’s leadership expectations during interactions with direct reports, cross functional and external stakeholders

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

10 years of relevant work experience, to include:

5 years of managed care or related PBM experience

3 years of experience in the areas of project management, quality improvement and business analysis

7 years of leadership/people management experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution and listening

Action oriented ability to identify and implement opportunities

Ability to manage multiple, complex project simultaneously without compromising quality

Ability to work under pressure and strict timeframes

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree and/or Actuarial Credentials (ASA or PSA)

Member of Professional Pricing Society

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

Reports to VP in the Finance department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $144,000.00 - $230,200.00 based on experience and skills.
