The Sr Benefits Analyst will be a key member of the Total Rewards team, who will support our global benefits programs, which are core to ServiceNow’s People Pact, enabling us to attract and retain our talented team. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling benefits programs and practices, with a proven track record of leading action plans, and driving the execution of organizational goals. This position requires an ability to think strategically about problems as well as a knack for tactical execution. This role will support the evolution of ServiceNow’s benefits philosophy and the strategic management of inclusive employee-related benefits and services that effectively support a diverse, rapidly growing employee base and recruit during a period of rapid growth.  
 
What You Get to Do in this Role Global Mindset: your primary focus will be on global benefit plans, including but not limited to Worker’s Compensation, Leaves of Absence, Accommodations, and Outplacement support – however you will support a variety of Global projects as needed.  Create policies and procedures to ensure global compliance and the achievement of equitable and competitive benefits. Establish and measure key benefits program metrics. Regularly benchmark company programs and monitor external trends in order to proactively adjust company plans and programs to ensure market competitiveness. Partner with the Benefits Leadership Team, HRBPs and People Partners, Finance, Legal, and People Operations.  Support the strategic evolution and execution of our global benefits programs in line with ServiceNow’s strategy, culture, and values. Design and Implement tools and processes that will improve the employee experience leveraging the ServiceNow platform and AI. Use your excellent process design and project and change management skills to advance ServiceNow’s global benefit plans and programs
