Turner & Townsend is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join the US payroll team, reporting to the Payroll Manager. The Payroll Coordinator will be expected to process full cycle payroll and generate payroll reports while communicating with the team.In-office working is required three days out of the work week out of the Atlanta office. Processing payroll: Calculating, verifying, and processing payroll checks, timesheets, and pay memos or hourly employeesManaging payroll records: Maintaining employee payroll files and keeping payroll data up-to-date and ensure financial confidentialityEnsure that payroll complies with company policies, government regulations, and tax obligationsProcess other financial compensations (e.g. annual bonuses and severance pay)Coordinate with HR regarding changes in Payroll (e.g. terminations, new hires)Process leaver emailsAddressing inquiries: Being the first point of contact for employees with payroll questionsWork with other departments and offices, such as the tax authorities and regulatory bodiesWork with other departments on annual auditsAny other tasks as assigned
