As we expand our presence, we are seeking a talented Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to assist in the development and execution of our marketing strategies. This role will primarily focus on managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and implementing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for social media marketing and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our company's presence on various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
