Identifies and responds to pricing and marketing opportunities, requests, and negotiations on assigned commodities with customers, other railroad carriers, and other departments.

Maintains the pricing database, covering assigned commodities with the goal of pricing simplification, accurate billing, and timely collection through computer applications and file maintenance.

Manages relationships with customers to gain market intelligence and convert into strategic opportunities that yield contribution growth carloads
