Marketing professional responsible for executional leadership of both national and local marketing strategies for all Co-Ops within the assigned Field office geography. This role will also work closely with Field and National leadership to build field specific marketing strategies tailored to local needs; ensuring brand consistency. Primary Accountabilities: Execute the national US marketing strategy for all Co-Ops within an assigned Field Office geography  Customer-centric relationship building, cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management  Analyze market trends, customer and business data and insights to drive optimal market-specific solutions  Execute customer solutions, driving performance marketing outcomes (i.e., loyalty, personalization / customization, customer service and crew engagement)  Hold national and local stakeholders accountable for execution on plans; evaluation of effectiveness and course corrections as required  Collaborate with national marketing to ensure consistency in brand messagingBenefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 – $125,130 / per year
