Regional Marketing Manager - TCLLocationGA - ATLANTALead the Charge and become TCL's Mobile Regional Marketing Manager!The TCL Mobile Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for driving TCL device sell-through across a large territory of carrier stores, this position specifically focuses on a broad region and emphasizes building strategic relationships with wireless carrier leadership—including district managers and above. The goal is to enhance brand visibility and execute effective marketing, sales, and training initiatives that directly impact sales performance.What We Offer:

Your Exciting Challenges:
Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies
Coordinate in-store activations, product launches and promotional events
Build and maintain relationships with retail leadership for optimal product placement
Act as Brand Ambassador; communicating product benefits to partners and consumers
Facilitate live and virtual product training sessions for retail teams
Support regional events as TCL's primary representative
Provide ongoing support and coaching to retail partners
Monitor and analyze market performance, sales trends and competitor activities
Compile reports and present insights to regional leadership
Manage regional marketing budgets and track expenses
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines for marketing materials and displays
Manage monthly KPI goals for performance evaluation
Working Environment:
Frequent travel by car or plane, including overnight stays, as needed
Have and maintain a driver's license and able to rent vehicles under the ActionLink's corporate insurance standards
Motor Vehicle check will be conducted
Stand and walk for extended periods during store visits and training sessions
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g. product displays, marketing materials or demo units)
Navigate various retail environments including sales floors, stockrooms and event spaces
Our Next Mobile Maverick:
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, retail sales, training or brand management, ideally in mobile devices or consumer electronics
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Proven success in executing regional marketing strategies and building relationships with carrier leadership
Ability to drive measurable sales outcomes through strategic marketing initiatives
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand, walk and move around for extended periods during store visits and events
Capable of lifting and transporting materials or displays up to 30lbs
