Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This role plays a key part in identifying, developing, and supporting high-potential talent through structured leadership programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build future leaders across our organization and client base.ResponsibilitiesDesign, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development programs and training workshopsAssess individual and group leadership capabilities through assessments and feedback toolsCollaborate with HR and department heads to align development plans with business needsMonitor progress and measure program effectiveness using key performance indicatorsProvide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to emerging leadersConduct research on industry best practices to continuously improve development strategiesAssist with change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives
