IT Specialist (Volunteer - Remote)

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our Information and Security Support Team.In this role, you will draw upon your technical abilities and inquisitive nature to identify, evaluate, and implement solutions to the businesses’ challenges. Additionally, the IT Specialist is involved in department planning, project management, systems integration, and oversight of critical business systems.This is an excellent career opportunity for a self-motivated, goal-oriented team player. While this is an unpaid volunteer role you will be able to gain additional skills, contribute to good cause and expand your network. Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide support and maintenance of computer systems, cloud-based solutions, software, and mobile devicesSupport the helpdesk by troubleshooting problems and providing resolutionsProvide support for Google Workspace, macOS, Windows, and other P4L systemsExecute the security and compliance strategies of the organizationManage user accounts, groups, and permissionsCommunicate and collaborate across all organizational departments and external resourcesMonitor systems, safeguard user up-time, and perform daily security and compliance tasksOther duties as assigned
