Description We are on the hunt for a HRIS Analyst to join our team situated in the bustling logistics industry of Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you'll be tasked with supporting payroll applications, mastering Workday modules, and managing HRIS/IT roles. This is an exciting opportunity that requires a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner. Maintain precise records of customer credit. Resolve customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Support end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking or acquire Workday Payroll PRO Certification. Understand the impact of payroll processes and data feeds on other internal and external applications. Gain hands-on configuration experience with Workday Core HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules. Acquire functional knowledge of Workday Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules. Create, deploy, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards. Use HCM as configuration, not as a user, demonstrating independent problem-solving abilities in a sandbox environment. Document current business processes, identify gaps, and suggest effective solutions.Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workday Analyst or in a similar role within the Logistics industry.
Proficient in using Atlassian Jira for task tracking and project management.
Strong understanding of business systems and their applications in the logistics sector.
Familiarity with Confluence for team collaboration and information sharing.
Experience with CRM systems to manage customer relationships and interactions.
Ability to conduct Gap Analysis to identify improvement opportunities in existing business processes.
Skilled in AB Testing for optimizing system performance and user experience.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
Proficient in Backlog Grooming to prioritize tasks and ensure team focus on high-impact projects.
Knowledge of Business Process Functions specific to the logistics sector.
Experience in creating detailed Business Requirement Documents to guide system development and modifications.
