Description Our client is seeking an Estate Planning Probate Paralegal or Paraplanner to join their team in the Atlanta, GA region. This role will support estate and financial planning services, managing fiduciary income tax returns, estate and gift tax filings, and charitable trust returns. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our Wealth Transfer Process. Gather, organize and synthesize client data, reviewing client estate planning documents, financial statements, and tax returns to develop Wealth Transfer Deliverables or other estate planning analysis. Preparation and review of Wealth Transfer Advisory Service deliverables, which may include Wealth Transfer Diagrams and Summaries, Wealth Transfer Reports, and Wealth Transfer Audits. Independently manage deceased client cases and act as a resource for advisors and clients by answering estate planning related questions. Conduct estate and gift tax research and assist with the maintenance and compilation of tax research, reference libraries, and Wealth Transfer software. Cultivate client and advisor relationships, providing excellent client service while also assisting with the creation of estate planning content for use in blogs and other marketing materials. Draft estate planning considerations to be reviewed by Wealth Transfer Advisor or Director of Wealth Transfer. Act as a resource for advisors and client service representatives for account titling and beneficiary designation questions. Assist with internal presentations or other advisor education activities and with the development of Wealth Transfer workflows and other advisor support systems.
