We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMO Manager to oversee and manage workplace construction projects and a team of project managers for our NA portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction and project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is critical in driving the successful execution of construction initiatives and managing the complexities of workplace construction projects for The Coca-Cola Company. The PMO Manager will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, working across teams, and ensuring effective budget management and cash flow oversight.What You'll Do for Us:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of workplace construction projects from inception to completion.
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and engagement to address feedback, concerns, and project expectations.
Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling communications tailored to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, clients, and project teams.
Foster collaboration and teamwork across various departments, including operations, finance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution.
Act as a central point of contact for team members, facilitating the resolution of any issues or roadblocks.
Manage program risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control, financial accountability, and effective cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with proven leadership experience in a global PMO or similar environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Extensive experience in budget management and cash flow oversight.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of project managers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Working Conditions:
Position may require occasional travel to global company locations and project sites.

Pay Range:$143,000 - $162,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
