Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves working on-site, with a possibility of transitioning to remote work in the future. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team in the professional services industry and will need to be able to interact with multiple unique personalities.Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Budget Processes. Utilize various Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to perform accounting functions. Ensure compliance with DCAA regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage ADP financial services for the organization. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations. Monitor financial data and recommend solutions to improve profitability. Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information. Stay updated on industry trends and changes that could impact the company's financial status. Requirements Solid understanding of Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Experience with DCAA Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Knowledge of ERP Solutions Ability to handle Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) Knowledge of Auditing practices Familiarity with Budget Processes Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Controller role or similar Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
