You will support the operations team by improving customer satisfaction, managing service requests, and coordinating internal communications related to client services.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Monitor and track client satisfaction metrics and feedback.Coordinate onboarding and follow-up processes to ensure seamless client experiences.Identify opportunities to improve service quality and client engagement.Support account managers and operations with client-related tasks and updates.Maintain accurate records of client communications and service history.Assist in resolving client concerns and escalate when necessary.
