The candidate should meet below technical skills: Required technical skill set: Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a BA in the SDLC process. Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution Gather data and analyze business and user needs Experience in State projects, such as Medicaid / State Benefits, is a MUST. Bachelors/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
