Professionals within AIB work together to deliver a full range of asset management, risk management and advisory services supporting our clients’ investment objectives.AIB Product Pillar Analyst:We are seeking an Analyst to join the Institutional Product Pillar within AIB Scaled Distribution. The Product Pillar brings together client and investment teams to align on shared commercial objectives and drive product activation to engage clients, prospects and consultants at scale.The Analyst will be responsible for owning sales collateral and supporting broader product activation activities for institutional clients, prospects and consultants across the investment platform. This position will be located in Atlanta.Key responsibilities will include:
Managing processes to update sales collateral and other best-in-class institutional-focused content to attract and retain assets in partnership with product strategists and marketing.
Partnering with relationship managers, product strategists and across the Product Pillar on client inquiries and requests for new sales collateral.
Working with team leadership on implementing technology and strategic initiatives to effectively provide relationship managers with resources needed to engage clients across the investment platform.
Supporting broader product activation activities, including webinars, regional events, centralized emails, managing the activation calendar and more.
Qualifications/Competencies:
1+ years of experience, with demonstrated interest in investments and institutional sales and marketing
The ideal candidate is high-energy, self-motivated, excited to work in a fluid, fast-paced and broader team environment
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of an organization
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong professional and personal integrity
