Attorney/Lawyer

Description Robert Half is seeking a part-time litigation attorney to support a law firm in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia. This is an ongoing opportunity that will support throughout all phases of litigation. Responsibilities: Assisting with trial preparations to ensure the smooth progression of legal proceedings Drafting correspondence with precision and professionalism Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case development Drafting complaints, briefs, and discovery documents with meticulous attention to detail Drafting motions to facilitate the advancement of legal proceedings Utilizing LexisNexis for efficient and accurate legal research Employing Management Systems to organize and manage case information Conducting Briefing activities to provide updates and overviews of case progress Addressing and resolving Complaint Handling situations with tact and professionalismRequirements Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school Active member of the state bar association in Georgia Proven experience in the role of an attorney or lawyer Proficient in using LexisNexis for legal research Strong knowledge of civil litigation and plaintiff litigation Experience in management systems is necessary Should be able to handle complaints and disputes effectively Must be skilled in preparing and presenting briefings Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Must adhere to professional ethics and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgments Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
