Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (South Fulton area). This role involves managing account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry. It's a contract employment opportunity in the wholesale beverage industry that requires working on-site with no flexibility.Responsibilities: Handle full cycle accounts payable duties but not requiring much experience Manage the processing of checks and maintain payable status with vendors Perform a significant amount of data entry tasks Utilize Encompass software for various tasks, no additional software needed Prioritize detail accuracy in all tasks Manage account reconciliation efficiently Handle accounts receivable duties, ensuring timely collection of payments Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Use skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, and Microsoft Excel to perform duties effectively.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) Familiarity with Check Runs Experience with Coding Invoices Strong Data Entry skills Proficient in Invoice Processing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Open to candidates with 0+ years of experience in a relevant role Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
