Phase 1 (01/21/2025 – 02/05/2025) :
During this phase, strong attention to detail, lengthy periods of intense concentration, and a great deal of learner involvement and class participation are needed
Agents will learn about Home Depot and how to service General Merchandise
6 hours of instructor-led content per day
Phase II (02/06/2025 – 02/21/2025):
Instructor-Led Learning & Certification Call-Taking
Earn While You Learn!
In this phase:
A mix of Instructor-led content and live calls for General Merchandise calls, and daily debriefs in the classroom with the instructor
During this phase, strong attention to detail, lengthy periods of intense concentration, and a great deal of learner involvement and class participation are needed
Additionally, agents will attend class during normal classroom hours as scheduled. Some of that classroom time will be designated as call-taking time.
Class Schedule
Monday – Friday | 6-hour class
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET
4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
No class on Monday, February 17th

Agent must achieve ≥ 80% on the final exam
Agents will attend a Major Appliance Continuing Education class at a later date in order to complete the program certification. A communication will be sent to the Service Partners and their agents with the class schedule which will be held at a later time
Complete the Photo ID Verification
All learners must complete the Service Partner Security Awareness self-paced course and score 85% or higher on the assessment before the last day of class in order to be certified
Important: If you do not show up to class on the first day, you will be dropped from the class with no exceptions. The Class Confirmation Deposit of $20.00 will not be refunded and you will need to enroll in anew opportunity if you wish to service a client program. Background check ($30) is required to join the Arise platform.
This is a 1099 Position. You will be your own boss that can work multiple opportunities. Take this opportunity to work for one of many national brands.
