Job Description for Customer Service / Inside Sales Rep.
We’re seeking an experienced, highly organized Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day customer service operations for custom hardwood flooring company in Atlanta, GA. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
Manage administrative tasks.
Requires strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize tasks.
Attention to details & ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Create & manager sample requests.
Find & Setup outside sales representatives.
Manage Material Bank
Provide Quotes and invoices for Customers (house accounts and outside sales representatives accounts).
Provide continuous professional customer service to customers (Interior Designers, General Contractors, Builders, and Home Owners) via phone and email.
Marbella Outdoor (sister company) – provide customer service to customers (Commercial & Home Owner), as well as provide quotes, invoices and continuous follow-up.
Experience:
Experience not required but preferred from previous experiences.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent PC and computer skills.
The ability to navigate multiple computer programs.
Great customer service and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 Hours per week. (Day’s – Monday thru Friday)
Benefits: Flexible hours (7:00AM-4:00PM or 8:00AM -5:00PM)
