Job Title: Settlement Advisor (Fronter)
Pay: $15.65 per hour base PLUS $30-$60 per qualified client (NO ENROLLMENT needed)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309 (no remote position)

Responsibilities:
Ensure punctuality and maintain a positive attitude daily.
Utilize an auto dialer to identify business owners struggling with MCA debt.
Follow a script to facilitate seamless transfers.
Assess potential clients' suitability for our debt settlement program and facilitate connections to closers for further assistance.
Consistently meet and exceed performance targets set by management.
