Responsibilities:
As a Settlement Advisor, you will:
Make outbound calls using our auto-dialer system, following a provided script to educate business owners about our debt relief services.
Use empathy and professionalism to gather information from potential clients.
Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM system.
Transfer potential clients to closers for further assistance.
Meet and exceed sales goals set by management.
Represent our company with professionalism in all client and employee interactions.
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with:
Sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation:
$15.65 per hour base pay, plus commission.
Commission: Earn $30-$60 for each client you qualify as a good fit for our debt settlement program (no enrollment required).
Additional daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses available.
