Employment Opportunity – Administrative Assistant (Property Management)
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our property management team. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily operations, providing excellent customer service to residents and owners, and assisting management with administrative and accounting tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones, emails, and assisting residents/owners with inquiries
Preparing correspondence, notices, and reports
Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records
Assisting with bookkeeping, processing payments, and maintaining financial files
Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Supporting property managers with projects, compliance, and community operations
General office duties, including filing, data entry, and document organization
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience (property management experience preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks a plus
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle multiple priorities
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
