DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Liaison to join our team in a private residence located in Wellington, Florida. This position requires a multifaceted individual who excels in maintaining high standards and managing various responsibilities from Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 7 PM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HOUSE AESTHETICS: Ensure the home is maintained in pristine condition, oversee housekeeping and landscaping, and uphold museum-quality standards.
ASSISTANT/LIAISON DUTIES: Act as the main point of contact for the owner, manage guest receptions, and relay information effectively.
EVENT PLANNING AND APPOINTMENTS: Coordinate and plan events, and schedule both medical and personal appointments for the owner.
LIGHT CAREGIVING: Assist with basic personal care tasks for an active, yet physically disabled owner.
PET CARE: Manage daily needs of dogs, including feeding, bathroom breaks, and walks.
REQUIREMENTS:
–Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated.
–Non-smoker and drug-free.
–Must possess reliable transportation.
–Proficient in English; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
–Competent with modern technology and applications used for scheduling and communication.
–Ability to multitask and maintain high standards in all tasks.
COMPENSATION:
$800 - $1000 per week on a 1099 basis.
