Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
