As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to support our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track, process, and reconcile payments and incoming revenue.
-Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices while ensuring timely collection and accurate recordkeeping.
-Employee Reimbursements: Review, approve, and process reimbursement requests for business expenses.
-Vendor & Bill Payments: Manage and process payments to vendors and service providers.
-QuickBooks Assistance: Work closely with the bookkeeper to maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
-Office Purchases: Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment as needed.
-Financial Reporting: Prepare reports for executives, departments, and accountants to support decision-making.
-Tax Compliance: Assist in handling state and federal tax reporting and payments.
-Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial records.
-Expense Tracking: Monitor company expenses and ensure proper categorization.
-General Ledger Maintenance: Support financial accuracy through regular ledger updates.
-Assist in Audits: Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
Qualifications / Skills:
-Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
-Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
-Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
-Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and deadlines efficiently.
-Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal bilingual communication skills. (English and Spanish)
-Knowledge of Accounting Standards: Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.
