Account Manager Administrative Assistant Invoice Order Customer Service

ACCOUNT MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
Multitasking, smart, quick, and proactive.
Internet proficient, Word, Excel ideal
Office and team work experience
Ability to deal with many situations and prioritize
English required to write emails and talk to clients
COMPENSATION:
$15 to $17 depending on experience

WHO WE ARE:
We are an online retailer. We have about 80000 boat engine parts, engines, jetski, snowmobile, ATV, UTV, and boat parts listed online.
JOB DUTIES:
Place orders to vendors or master distributors as per information passed by ordering department.
Write order numbers on the invoices of the merchandise we receive.
If an item does not arrive, call or find out why.
If you cannot find the item anywhere contact client to cancel order or client to wait.
Provide customer service (phone-email) with clients with questions
Call vendors for availability
Process return merchandise to vendors
Many other functions depending on your potential
WORK AND WORK PLACE:
- This is a full time job.
- We work Monday to Friday between 8:30 to 5:00. (1/2 hour lunch break)
- We are flexible in schedule, if you need to leave early or take a time off, but cannot be do that every day, unless notified at the time of enrollment.
- We are located in Hollywood 33023, close to 441 and Hollywood Blvd.
PAYMENT CONTRACT AND BENEFITS:
- Payment: bi-weekly, W-2 or payroll.
- We offer workers compensation.
- We do NOT offer other benefits such as vacation, sick days, or paid holidays.
- We offer some flexibility on schedule if it meets our goals
