Responsibilities include managing and coordinating document production and other discovery related obligation for pending litigation matters. Prepare, draft, edit and proofread contracts, contract addenda, settlement agreements, releases, memos etc Deal with outside counsel etc. Paralegal certification , Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Paralegal Studies. 4+ years of experience in commercial law firm or corporate legal department of company.
