Job Details
Responsibilities include communication with clients, opposing counsel and managing partners, evidentiary hearings, conducting and managing complex discovery, conducting/defending depositions, pre-trial litigation and dispositive motions, trial preparation, and trial.
Job Requirements
State of Florida Bar License in good standing
+ years’ experience handling Commercial and Civil Litigation from opening to trial
Excellent customer service skills
Initial interviews will be via phone or video conferencing.
