JOB DESCRIPTION:
Skilled, responsible, talented and reliable handyman to work for established Facility Maintenance company handling service calls and projects. There are 2 schedules available:
9AM to 6PM
12 Noon to 9PM
REQUIREMENTS:
> MUST speak English AND Spanish.
> MUST be 26 years of age or older and able to legally work in US.
> Have a valid and clean driver's license and able to pass background and drug screen.
> MUST have ability to occasionally travel within Florida (Ft. Myers, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee).
> Experienced and able to personally handle Repair and Maintenance Service Calls.
> Able to work individually and as part of a team on service calls and projects and occasionally supervise vendors.
> Able to respond to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues.
> Able to be "on-call" for emergencies when needed.
> Have flexibility of schedule to accommodate work needs.

> Base starting salary of $18.00 to $20.00 hourly depending on experience, salary history and qualifications.

Position is in a nationally responsive Facility Services Company providing maintenance, repairs and project services to commercial clients and facilities.
