REQUIREMENTS:
>MUST speak English AND Spanish.
>26 years of age or older and able to legally work in US.
>Valid and clean driver's license and able to pass background and drug screen.
>Ability to occasionally travel within Florida (Ft. Myers, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee).
>Experienced and able to personally handle Repair and Maintenance Service Calls.
> Able to work individually and as part of a team on service calls and projects and occasionally supervise vendors.
> Able to respond to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues.
>Able to be "on-call" for emergencies when needed.
>Have flexibility of schedule to accommodate work needs.

>Base starting salary of $39,520.00 to 45,760.00 annually depending on experience, salary history and qualifications.
