Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will primarily be handling invoicing and account reconciliations within the industry. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including the use of specific software for which training will be provided. SAP experience is a plus, but not a requirement.Responsibilities: Processing and coding invoices Conducting account reconciliations in accordance with established procedures Performing data entry tasks to maintain financial records Utilizing various software, including M1 for invoice processing Conducting check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) processes and ensuring compliance with company policies Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing and payment processes.Requirements Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar financial role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry Experience with financial software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP Solid understanding and experience with account reconciliation and invoice processing Ability to perform check runs and code invoices accurately Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and protocols Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality and data security.
