Project Manager Wanted for a Site Development Company
The project manager is the leader of the project team and is responsible for the coordination, organization, control, and completion of assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
Obtain job quotes used by the estimating team and work with vendors/subs for better pricing.
Prepare construction schedules that reflect all tasks and milestones required to complete the project.
Prepare vendor purchase orders.
Prepare change orders when needed.
Place material orders based on approved purchase orders.
Visit the jobs and follow the progress of each project.
Review invoices.
Review asbuilts.
Request inspections.
Make sure all permits are closed out.
Water and sewer - must advise when items need to be scheduled such as sample testing, etc.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a construction project manager.
Position is Monday - Friday
Pay is salary-based
Position is available to be filled as soon as possible.
