Job Title: Senior Representative, Customer Service - SkilledJob DescriptionWe have two positions available for our first shift to accommodate anticipated growth. As a Senior Representative, your focus will be on individual production efforts to meet team and department production targets. Your responsibilities will include entering segmentation request data into a database, reviewing CT scans for conformity to the required protocol, segmenting CT scan data using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models, creating Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Arthroplasty, reviewing CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning, uploading completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel, and documenting all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures. You will be expected to follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output.Hard Skills
