Description Position: Segmentation SpecialistLocation: Onsite, 1st Shift (Core Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday)Description: The Segmentation Specialist plays a crucial role in producing high-quality Pre-Operative Plans, focusing on individual production efforts to meet team and department production targets. Responsibilities include:
Creating cases using a proprietary case management system.
Reviewing CT scans to ensure conformity to Mako Surgical protocol.
Segmenting CT scans using specialized software to generate 3D Anatomical Bone Models for robotic surgery.
Generating Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.
Reviewing CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning.
Uploading completed Pre-Plans to field-based personnel.
Documenting all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.
Following work instructions meticulously to deliver consistent output.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years' work experience or equivalent education (Associate's Degree or above).
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Certifications or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI).
Certification in Nursing or related field.
Completion of a college-level anatomy course.
Demonstrated customer service orientation.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
Efficient work methods and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
