Island Homes & Renovations Inc is looking to add 1 Leadman also looking for helpers
Helpers start off at 15 per hour to 17 per hours.
We stay busy every day you will always get 40 hours a week period.
Job Responsibilities
Being on time everyday
You would be working by yourself daily.
On the jobs we don't use subs on we want someone with a lot of experience in the fields below. You do not have to have experience in every trade but you must be great at what you do.
We will provide a company vehicle and all gas paid etc.
You must have most of your tools period.
You must be a very detailed on time guy and clean up exceptional well everyday.
Pay is based on experience period. Starting off from 20 to 30 per hour
Hours are 8 to 5 Monday- Friday NO weekends ever

1 week paid vacation after 6 months
Mandatory drug screening and we do a background check
Were looking for someone that's very diversified in a lot of trades.
You don't have to know how to do all trades but you have to be damn good at the ones you say know.
Flooring such as LVP Tile Wood laminate etc.
Tile installation Custom showers and floor and backsplashes
Framing
Door and window installation
Block and Stucco
Custom Trim work interior doors, Base crown wainscoting etc.
