Island Homes & Renovations Inc is currently seeking to hire a Leadman along with additional helpers to join our team.
As a helper, you will commence at a rate of $15 per hour and be guaranteed 40 hours of work each week. Key responsibilities include punctuality, working independently, and demonstrating expertise in various construction trades.
For the Leadman position, we are seeking a highly skilled individual with proficiency in multiple trades such as
Flooring such as LVP Tile Wood laminate etc.
Tile installation Custom showers and floor and backsplashes
Framing
Door and window installation
Hanging and finishing of drywall
Painter and texture ceilings walls etc
Block and Stucco
Professional cabinet installation
Custom Trim work interior doors, Base crown wainscoting etc.
The pay for the Leadman role ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience.
We provide a company vehicle with fuel provided, require employees to possess their own tools, and emphasize the importance of attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness on the job site.
In addition to competitive pay, we offer benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, paid holidays after 30 days, and one week of paid vacation after six months. Please note that a mandatory drug screening and background check are part of our hiring process.
