I am seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join the team as a Personal Assistant. You must be located in Port Sait Lucie. This position provides comprehensive support to the content creator in both personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate must be an energetic self-starter eager to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Content Creator in managing their schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as bookkeeping and preparing invoices.

Organize and maintain files, documents, and digital assets related to content creation projects.

Manage emails and social media messages, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Assist with creating documents, posting content on various websites, and preparing reports as required.

Research various topics to gather information for content creation.

Support during content creation activities, including organizing materials and assisting with photo or video shoot production if necessary.

Perform household duties, including organizing and managing household finances and calendars. Run errands and assist with personal tasks, such as grocery shopping.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required;

Previous experience as a personal assistant is a bonus but not required.

Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, Gmail).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative. Willing to ask any questions.

Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening or weekend work (a plus).
