The Personal Assistant supports executive officer by fulfilling light administrative tasks, must be able to work both collaboratively and independently. This position requires a high level of integrity, as the role is exposed to confidential and sensitive information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MUST LOVE ANIMALS, ensue staff is providing the highest quality of care for animals ranging from Horses, Dogs, Chickens Cows ect .
Assist with television networks and TV producers.
Comfortable when working tight deadlines, and able to turn work around within a short time span where demands are liable to change at short notice.
The ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and recommend solutions in advance.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and a team player.
Willing to assist others.
