Commercial / Residential Service Plumber

RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Plumber needs experience in water and gas distribution systems and waste disposal in commercial and industrial buildings.
Residential Plumbers must be a have knowledge of septic systems in addition to typical residential fixtures and piping systems.
Need to be flexible with the ability to work with varied clients, environments, and exposures.
Detail any operator capabilities (CDL, backhoe, excavator, jetter, camera and video equipment).
List any specialty licenses i.e., medical brazing / welding, septic pumping / installer, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Journeyman / Master Plumbing License or 3 years verifiable plumbing experience without a license.
Clean Driving Record acceptable to insurance company.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Locations – Commercial, Industrial and Residential Facilities inside and out, all weather conditions.
Confined Spaces.
Work involves rotating on-call shifts. We are a 24/7 service provider.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and navigate rugged and uneven terrain.

Hourly wage based upon experience.
