Viking Air is looking for its next superstar! We are a Pinellas County based air conditioning company seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician. Service Technicians are key to the success of the company and are responsible for diagnosing, offering the customer options and explanations as to the diagnosis, and performing the repair or service.
Pay is commensurate with experience, and competitive for the market. The majority of work is based in Pinellas County.
We are looking for someone who wants a career and is willing to grow with the company. Local candidates preferred.
Position includes the following work:
Understanding of air conditioning fundamentals and concepts.
Understanding of basic high and low voltage wiring.
Proficiently install residential systems, light commercial systems, straight cool systems, heat pump systems, forced air gas furnace systems, and package units.
All while being able to maintain a high level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
3 years experience with EPA certification.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must own service tools.
MUST have a valid / clean Florida Driver's license.
MUST be able to pass a background check.
MUST be able to pass a drug test.
