Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Independent Sales Representative to manage our phones and handle all inquiries about our local and long-distance moving and packing services. This role is vital to the success of our business as it directly interfaces with our customers and plays a crucial role in generating leads and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business and prior experience in sales. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from home, with occasional office work required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers regarding our moving and packing services.
Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and availability.
Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics for moves.
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
Take calls from movers when jobs are completed to collect payments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Exceptional Sales Skills: Must demonstrate mastery in various aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
Proven Track Record: You have a consistent history of exceeding sales targets, achieving or surpassing sales quotas, and delivering exceptional results.
Strong Communication Skills: You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing them to effectively articulate the value proposition of products or services to potential customers.
Strategic Thinking: Must be a strategic thinkers who can identify opportunities, anticipate market trends, and develop innovative sales strategies to capitalize on them.
Customer-Centric Approach: Must prioritize customer satisfaction and focus on building long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service.
Resilience and Persistence: Must demonstrate resilience, persistence, and determination in the face of challenges or rejections, and they maintain a positive attitude even in high-pressure situations.
Continuous Learning: Must are committed to continuous learning and self-improvement, staying updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to maintain their competitive edge.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18/hour
Bonus Structure:
Conversion Rate Bonus:
Achieving a 50% conversion rate for the month : $200 bonus
Achieving a 60% conversion rate for the month : $300 bonus
Achieving a 70% conversion rate for the month : $400 bonus
Total Leads Worked Bonus:
Working with 100 leads in a month: $75 bonus
Working with 150 leads in a month: $100 bonus
Working with 200 leads in a month : $150 bonus
We do not offer health benefits
One week paid vacation after one year
Flexibility to work for home
We pay weekly
Schedule:
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
