We're looking for a BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Representative to join our growing dealership team!
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, internet leads, and appointment setting
Follow up with prospective and current customers
Use CRM software to manage leads and customer info
Support the sales team by generating and confirming appointments
What We’re Looking For:
Strong phone and communication skills
Previous experience in a call center, sales, or dealership BDC a plus
Driven and goal-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
