All Florida Yacht Sales is a Professional Yacht/Boat Sales Brokerage based out of Florida looking to expand our amazing team in response to our success, our 5-star reputation and the latest 271% increase in our industry. We are seeking "Go Getters" to join our sales team. This role is incredibly unique and will provide you with the opportunity to realistically find financial freedom for your long-term future while having fun as you do it!

Before Applying Please Review These Important Considerations

Boating/Boat/Yacht Industry & Sales Experience are NOT required, however you must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, show a willingness to learn and have a sense of urgency.

If selected, you will start with 10-12 weeks’ of in office training from 9am-5pm, earning stipend AFTER the completion of a 2 week probationary period to assess if this position is a good fit for you, and if you are a good fit for our company. Please note that the first two weeks are probationary and payment starts for training after the two weeks.

To be considered for the position, you are required to acquire TWO new listings and demonstrate that you will be a valuable fit for our company

There is no base salary for this position after training as it is strictly commission based once training is completed.

Applicants must be able to obtain a State of Florida Yacht and Ship Brokers License

Once training is complete you will be eligible to apply for the State of Florida Yacht and Ship Brokers License, this requires fingerprinting and a background check.

Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.

"A Day in the Life of a Yacht/Boat Sales Professional"

Drive sales through proactively identifying prospective Buyers and Sellers.

Generate and manage leads & prospects, specifically targeting new customers and conducting follow up activities that will build rapport.

Develop client relationships by providing informed and impartial advice while managing the entire sales process with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency.

Manage listings while monitoring industry, pricing and sales trends.

Some of our top producers are earning well over 6-figures, they love what they do and started their career without any previous Yacht Sales experience. We have a healthy culture and provide a genuine, top notch, and honest service to our customers.

Once again, the three most important attributes that we are looking for are; a willingness to learn, the ability to work hard and to trust the guidance from our experienced team of professionals. If you have experience in this industry or in sales it is a plus.
