I am searching for a Personal Assistant for a Investor. Your primary goal is to make my life easier and more simple by handling all daily complications.
To do this job, you must be an effective manager. You will be responsible for coordinating many different people such as architects, real estate agents, lawyers, maintenance / repair men, technical support people, etc. because all of these people are involved in providing services to the entrepreneur.
You must embrace the ethic: “I will do whatever it takes” - because this job involves many different tasks, and you will be working with a few colleagues. This is a trouble shooting job which means you must complete things on your own. Trouble shooting is everything in this industry.
Responsibilities and duties
1. Coordinate meetings and appointments.
2. Google Drive invoices, contracts, telephone bills, receipts organized in one place.
3. Scan everything and maintain online using an app such as Google Drive, etc.
4. Calling parties and emailing them
5. Meeting with Contractors, inspection projects, etc
6. Anything that is required.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Very organized and detail oriented.
2. Streetsmart.
3. Understand how to work with people and how to protect the entrepreneur from time wasting interruptions.
4. Comfortable with computers and technology.
5. You are able to set up your computer, learn new apps, use videoconferencing, figure out problems with your iPhone, and enjoy learning about new technology products.
6. Able to handle uncertainty
7. Strong Project Management skills
8. Able to respond to phone calls at night time and on weekends if needed
We have a pre-test to see if you can pass the minimal requirements of this industry, it should take an hour or less. If the test goes smoothly, we would like to start with a couple Trial days and hopefully merge into a much longer schedule.
