Locally owned title company seeking next member to join the family. Company has been in business over 30 years. Seeking candidate with long term goal in mind. Real estate knowledge or experience is not required, willing to train the right person.

Must have basic computer skills

Must be able to pass a background check with flying colors (this will be done every 2 years)
Job duties:
Answer phones
Take accurate messages
Greet clients
Help schedule closings
Open new files
Research items as requested
Help fellow staff members when needed
Obtain escrow deposits and write receipts
Be proficient in making calls to gather information
Bilingual a plus. Social media knowledge a plus.
