We are a busy commercial real estate investment leasing group looking for a Part or Full Time Receptionist/Clerical Assistant and is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team and ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. We are looking for a reliable and dependable individual that is people-oriented and enjoys interactions with people coming into our office whether customers, or co-workers, and is able to handle working in a high-pressure, multiple tasking environment; someone who is detail-oriented, has good verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills. Real Estate Experience not necessary but is a plus. The responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting customers when they enter the office, answering the phone, reviewing local municipality for code compatibility, checking emails, setting up/sanitizing/cleaning up office space. Able to assist co-workers on projects with simple clerical tasks. Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services and our Not for profit interest groups Qualifications: Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Time management is important; complete changing tasks on a day to day basis Navigates computer programs with ease Must be organized, proficient, and on-time History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
